Life coaching is a process that allows you to realize your full potential. By helping you to identify your strengths, set targets and action plan, a coach can help you move towards the results you desire to make life more fulfilling.

The process can be stimulating, empowering and challenging as you uncover limiting beliefs and self doubts that have prevented you from doing what you feel is right.

The process is quite different from the therapeutic approaches described elsewhere as the focus is on where you are now and where you want to be in the future rather than past issues.

There are a number of different coaching packages available depending on how much contact is required.  These can vary from an hour's contact a month up to an intense 6 hr single session if you have something urgent to address. Coaching can be face to face here at our centre, by email, by phone or a combination to suit.  In between sessions, there is agreed contact to ensure you stay on track with your action plans. We recommend that you commit to a three month programme ideally to optimise your success.

We offer a short FREE introductory meeting to check if coaching is the right way forward for you. During this time you will meet your coach, have the chance to explore your ideas and ask any questions before you commit to the process.
